Day 3: Invermoriston to Drumnadrochit; 14.5 miles;

Start of the steep incline; which took us to the ridge we walked along for the majority of today.

Starting to climb; Loch Ness below.

Snack spot; stone cave.

Most of today was spent in forest trails; paths were of excellent condition.

View from the top; Loch Ness. This tribally illustrates how long it is and it's beauty in the surroundings.

Panaramic view from the top of the ridge.

Decline beginning; 4/5 miles were spent on paths like this.

Coffee stop at a small pottery around 4 miles from Drumnadrochit. Delicious rocky road that got us through the last few miles.

The weather has been on our side this week; love the juxtaposition of the yellow against the sky here; favourite picture of the week.

The village coming into sight.

Who dosn't love the refreshing taste of BARR. Pick me up at the village shop.

Hostel for tonight; Loch Ness Youth Hostel.
